Deck Restoration – First Sealed of the year 2011

It was a slow start to staining and sealing deck for Des Moines this Spring 2011.  The main thing that kept delaying the sealing was the temperature lows in the evenings.  They have to be above 50 degrees and no rain in the forecast.  Below are some before and after pictures of the first decks we have sealed this year.

Offer applies only to labor costs for the main composite deck build with railing on new or resurface projects only. Minimum project cost: $10,000. Additional options are billed at standards rates. Not valid with financing or combined with other promotions. Acceptance must be in writing (email, text, or signed document) by December 31, 2025. Projects must be started or completed by March 15, 2026. Scheduling depends on permits, material availability, and weather: early acceptance improves placement but does not guarantee a specific start date. Discount excludes demolition, repairs, and custom additions unless itemized. All work is performed by licensed professional under full liability coverage.
