Offer applies only to labor costs for the main composite deck build with railing on new or resurface projects only. Minimum project cost: $10,000. Additional options are billed at standards rates. Not valid with financing or combined with other promotions. Acceptance must be in writing (email, text, or signed document) by March 31, 2026. Projects must be started or completed by March 31, 2026. Scheduling depends on permits, material availability, and weather: early acceptance improves placement but does not guarantee a specific start date. Discount excludes demolition, repairs, and custom additions unless itemized. All work is performed by licensed professional under full liability coverage.
