Landscaping

With any Deck Builder or Landscaper around central Iowa, Contractors either build decks and Sub-Contract out the landscaping or vice versa.  We work a little different in this situation which works out better for the homeowner by getting a better price on the complete project and/or a full backyard project.  We design and build directly with a few recommended landscaping contractors or concrete contractors and have the homeowners work directly with each company.  If the homeowner has their own recommended landscaper, we would be more than happy to work with their particular landscaper or concrete contractor.  By doing it this way, the homeowner does not gets charged directly per one company and therefore does not have to pay one contractor for a complete project that would have a markup by Sub Contracting a certain part of the project, therefore saving the markup price to save money.
