Beaverdale Brick – Front Porch and Rear Deck
The homeowner just bought this Beaverdale Brick House in Des Moines and they wanted give the house some updated curb appeal. We build a deck in the front by covering up their old concrete stoop. We built a post rail with metal spindles (Deckorator Brand – Baroque Style – Black) to give the deck some style and also added 2 sets of stairs for a symmetrical look. The back of the house they wanted a simple deck off a new door which was in replace of a window.
