Clean Line Timbertech
These homeowners contacted me this spring and was wanting to update their decking to low maintenance decking and also change the rail a bit. The original railing was right on the edge of the right window. We enlarged it a bit, then install new decking on their existing frame. We then built a bit wider stair and install aluminum railing. Because we enlarged the deck just a bit over 20′, we decided to add a picture frame board around the perimeter for looks as well as for a reason. The product they choose was top of the line Timbertech PVC Capped Composite Decking in Legacy Series. The colors was Pecan for the main decking and then Mocha color for the accent board. We did upgrade some of the posts to 4″ wide on the corners to give the deck some style. The railing they chose was Westbury’s Full Aluminum Railing (Tuscany Series) in the Black Color. This project took us 2 days to complete and the homeowners with their growing family can now enjoy a splinter free, low maintenance deck for many years!!
