Covered Timbertech Deck w/ New Ceiling
This was a cool custom deck to build. The original deck on this newer house was 14′ deep under the existing roof. We enlarged the covered deck area to 16′ deep with angles. Then we added the uncovered area to be larger with stairs and stair landing. These improvements made the space larger for a more useful outdoor living area. We installed a picture frame board of Timbertech’s Legacy Series – Mocha color for the boarder and then the main decking was a lighter color of Timbertech’s Legacy Series – Pecan. We then upgraded the railing to a Westbury Full Aluminum Railing – Rivera Series with larger 4″ posts. The existing posts that go to the ceiling, we wrapped with Westbury’s Post Sleeves 8″x8″ so the main roof posts matched the railing. We also installed a Westbury Full Aluminum gate that matches the railing. Last we installed a Car siding on the existing ceiling which some speakers were then added. Great new useful living area with this deck project. It turned out amazing with the color combination on the house and with the upgraded features.
