Covered TimberTech Deck with Screen Room Below – Project

This finished project turned out great, with so many usable areas.  We built a new 20×16 Covered Deck using Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking in the Legacy Series – Ashwood.  Then the railing was Westbury’s Tuscany Series, bronze.  We screened the floor before the decking was installed. We then installed screens below using Super Screen and Screeneze. The ceiling of the upper covered deck was from James Hardi. We had a patio concrete poured by Fox Construction, and the landscaping was completed by Earthly Possibilities.

Offer applies only to labor costs for the main composite deck build with railing on new or resurface projects only. Minimum project cost: $10,000. Additional options are billed at standards rates. Not valid with financing or combined with other promotions. Acceptance must be in writing (email, text, or signed document) by December 31, 2025. Projects must be started or completed by March 15, 2026. Scheduling depends on permits, material availability, and weather: early acceptance improves placement but does not guarantee a specific start date. Discount excludes demolition, repairs, and custom additions unless itemized. All work is performed by licensed professional under full liability coverage.
