Espresso in Fall
The original deck on this house had about seen it’s day and was a bit too small. The homeowners bought this house with a great natural view out of the back of their house, but by the time the furniture was added to their deck – it became tight, but still with a great view. We came over and removed the deck and made it simply a foot deeper. Just that foot made it much more useful. Also because the deck was on the North side of the house and cradled with a bunch of trees, they decided to take the Low-Maintenance Route. They picked out Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking (Legacy Series) in the new Color of 2018 – Espresso. The railing was the Westbury Tuscany Full Aluminum Railing in Black, then we installed the Low Voltage Lighted Post Caps for great accent lighting. We built it in Fall, so this upcoming Spring – they will be ready to enjoy it on the upcoming warmer days!!
