HideAway Screen and Timbertech
This was a cool deck to design with new products. The original deck was a multi-level deck that had small sections that wasn’t very useful. Also the view of the deck was to the neighbors. We decided to build a new deck all at the same level and bring it down a step from the door. We then used HideAway Privacy Screen in the Branch style for an area of the railing for privacy from the neighbors. The stairs to the patio below were 6′ wide to bring the patio and deck areas together. The decking was a Low-Maintenance decking from Timbertech in the Terrain Series of Sandy Birch for the main and accented with Silver Maple. The railing around (minus the privacy screens), we used Westbury’s Full Aluminum Railing in the Tuscany Series. This deck project turned out great with useful areas, some intimate privacy, and easy access to the patio below. The homeowners love it and will have many years of enjoyment!
