Large Double Deck Treated
This was a fun deck to design and build. The homeowners were just in the buying process of the house when we were already designing the deck. They lived there for only a few weeks before we started to build. The existing deck was a 16×12 which was stained gray with wood spindles. They needed a larger area for entertaining and also wanted a deck for a hot tub area. We then built a 20×12 main deck then a 14×16 lower deck for the hot tub to sit on. The materials that were installed were Treated Decking & Treated Post Rail with Black Straight Metal Traditional Spindles. They will have many years of entertaining with this larger multi-layer deck.
