This is a brand new rectangle walkout deck with Timbertech’s PVC capped decking and a white PVC railing.  All the framing for this deck is 2×12’s at 12″ on center.  The homeowner wanted this deck to be the strongest deck around that “an elephant could stand on it safely”.  So far we then beefed all the framing and brackets up to the next level.  This deck should last longer than the house…
