Resurface Decking and Railing, then New Cedar Pergola
This was a resurface job. We kept the framing, but replaced all of the decking, skirting, and railing. Then we added a cedar pergola above some of the deck and poured a new stamped and colored concrete patio below. A hot tub was also wired in below the deck so then we added a ZipUp Underdeck System so below will stay dry in the wet seasons. Timbertech Low-Voltage lighting was then added to finish the deck
