Silver Maple Pirch
The original deck was a wooden deck that was longer, but not very wide which made the area a tight fit for outdoor eating. The homeowners were looking for a simple way to enlarge the deck for more usable space and make it lower maintenance. We then were locked in on the size between the 2 walls of the house, but then we created a 16×12 on the outside with living going right and left. This deck was very tall of the ground, so we decided to add the stairs, then a landing with a 90 degree turn inwards towards the house to the basement door. The low-maintenance product we choose for the deck was Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking in the Terrain Series and the Silver Maple Color which went very well with the house’s color. We then added Westbury’s Full Aluminum Railing (Tuscany Series) in the Black Color to tie everything together. The deck turned out great and the homeowners were amazing to work with.
