This was a simple deck resurface. The old deck was a wood deck that the homeowners were tired of maintaining so they were looking for a low-maintenance deck option. We decided on the Trex  Capped Composite Decking (Transcend Series – Rope Swing in Color). Then they wanted an upgraded railing with a certain style in mind. We chose the Trex Transcend Railing with Rope Swing Posts & Rail, then the Trex 2×2 infill with Vintage Lantern for the middle spindles. The deck has a very clean look that looks great with the house and surrounding. The homeowners will have many years of enjoying their new deck next to their pond!!
