Stamped Concrete and New Composite Deck

This project involved the transformation of an outdated wooden deck into a spacious and modern composite deck with a sleek metal railing. The first step was to remove the old deck, ensuring the safe removal of all materials. We then designed and constructed a larger deck using high-quality composite materials of Timbertech Reserve Decking and Metal railing, known for their durability, low maintenance, and attractive appearance. The composite deck not only provides ample space for outdoor activities and gatherings but also enhances the overall aesthetic appeal of the property.

To complement the new deck, we extended the project to include the creation of a beautiful Stamped Concrete patio adjacent to it. This patio offers a stylish and inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. The Stamped Concrete technique allowed us to mimic the look of natural stone, providing an elegant and sophisticated appearance. The patio area is perfect for cozy evenings and gatherings with friends and family next to the real wood firepit. The combination of the composite deck, metal railing, Stamped Concrete patio, and firepit area has truly transformed the outdoor space into a welcoming and functional oasis that can be enjoyed year-round.

Offer applies only to labor costs for the main composite deck build with railing on new or resurface projects only. Minimum project cost: $10,000. Additional options are billed at standards rates. Not valid with financing or combined with other promotions. Acceptance must be in writing (email, text, or signed document) by December 31, 2025. Projects must be started or completed by March 15, 2026. Scheduling depends on permits, material availability, and weather: early acceptance improves placement but does not guarantee a specific start date. Discount excludes demolition, repairs, and custom additions unless itemized. All work is performed by licensed professional under full liability coverage.
