Timbertech Brown Oak and Rustic Elm

This was a deck resurface and addition.  Under the covered portion (roof), we installed new decking on the existing framing after we added 5’x12′ to the right side.  We then built a new 12×12 and added new stairs.  The products were Timbertech PVC Capped Composite Decking in the Terrain Series.  The main decking color was Brown Oak then accented with a picture frame board around using Rustic Elm.  We then installed the Westbury Full Aluminum Railing in the Tuscany Series and Black in Color.  This deck doubled in size and just in time for the homeowners to be working from home to enjoy it during this Corona Pandemic.
