Timbertech Deck with 2 Outdoor Living Areas
The original deck on this house was a simple 12×12. The homeowners wanted to be able to spend more time outside and the view from this backyard has a great view of a Johnston Lake. They also wanted it to be low-maintenance with some railing for a great view. The materials chosen were Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite decking in Legacy Series and the gray color is called Ashwood. Then we chose the Full Aluminum Westbury Railing (Tuscany Series) with the larger posts on the corners and the thinner posts in the center – which is the D&D touch of custom. We built a 20×15 deck in replace of the existing and then added a 12×12 behind there sunroom. This deck now has 2 great outdoor living areas to enjoy. We worked with Pat who owns Earthly Possibilities for a landscaper to build a retaining wall under the new deck so he can use some of it for storage. This deck turned out great and the family will have many years to enjoy!!
