Timbertech Deck with Custom Modern Lattice

Timbertech Deck with Custom Modern Lattice

This deck had the 1st Generation Composite Decking that was pretty dirty from the years. 1st Gen composite should be cleaned about 1-2 times a year to keep the appearance. With the advances in technology and material – Timbertech as well as a few other companies now use a Full PVC or PVC Capped composite to create a deck board that isn’t porous which they can offer a 25-30 year fade and stain warranty. We built an addition for the grill on the existing deck, then we installed new Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking (Tropical Series – Amazon Mist Color). We then installed the Full Aluminum Westbury Railing (Tuscany Series – Textured Black). Now there deck has very little maintenance to worry about for many years to come. The unique item to this deck which sets it apart from some others is the Special Order Lattice – which we choose Black and didn’t want the same square pattern of lattice. After a little of research, we were able to get them a modern looking lattice which I have never seen in person yet and I check out a bunch of decks. The homeowners will love there new custom upgraded deck with the custom lattice for many years to come!!
