Timbertech Legacy with Timbertech Builder Rail

The homeowners for this deck was looking for a low-maintenance deck. The existing framing was in great condition and was built up to code. We then installed new Timbertech PVC Capped Composite Decking (Legacy – Tigerwood) on their existing deck frame, rebuilt the stairs. Then we installed Timbertech’s Builder Rail with black metal traditional spindles. We also installed Riser Lighting and side post accent lights to give a nice scene in the evening and for safety.

Projects must be started or completed by March 15, 2026. Scheduling depends on permits, material availability, and weather: early acceptance improves placement but does not guarantee a specific start date.
