Timbertech Porch
This original porch was made with wood decking and the old stain was chipping off. Since we were building the homeowners a new rear deck, they also choose to resurface their front porch with the same decking color and style. Also there original stairs were not even heights on all steps. We tore off the existing decking and completely removed the existing stairs. We then installed new Timbertech PVC Capped Composite Decking (Legacy – Pecan) for the decking and stair treads. We also installed a darker Timbertech Decking / Risers / Fascia boards (Legacy – Mocha) around the perimeter to match the rear deck to the front and to give the custom look with 2 different decking colors. This was a fall project, so it was complete just in time for the Christmas decorations to also highlight the new deck for the holidays!!
