Multi-Level TimberTech Composite Deck with Two Pergolas

This project in Clive, Iowa replaced an aging deck with a custom multi-level TimberTech composite deck designed for modern outdoor living. The homeowners wanted a durable, low-maintenance space that complemented their blue home while creating a comfortable area for relaxing and entertaining.

We installed TimberTech PVC-capped composite decking in Legacy Ashwood, paired with Westbury Tuscany Series black aluminum railing for a clean, modern contrast. Two black aluminum pergolas were added to provide shade and define separate seating areas on the deck.

The gray decking and black accents work beautifully with the home’s exterior, creating a cohesive backyard design. The homeowners finished the space with seasonal furniture and décor, making the deck a perfect place to gather throughout the year.
