For this project, we removed the homeowner’s old deck and built a new, low-maintenance composite deck using Timbertech Reserve Series – Reclaimed Chestnut. The rich, natural tones of the decking blend beautifully with the outdoor setting, while the sleek Westbury Railing in Black provides a modern, elegant touch.
Since the deck faces south and is exposed to the sun, the homeowner wanted a practical shade solution. To meet their needs, we designed and built a custom Framed Shade with a gray canvas. This innovative feature allows the canvas to be installed during the summer months to provide shade and protection from the heat, and easily removed in the winter to let the sunlight in, warming the home naturally.
