This Des Moines home is about a year old and was ready to have a larger deck the the original smaller “builder” size.  We tore off the old deck and build a new 16×12 deck using Timbertech Decking (Reserve Series) in the Driftwood Color.  This deck then got upgraded to the Westbury Railing in the Rivera Series – Black.  Finished it in December and homeowner was out grilling on it that same December Night.  This deck works out great for these homeowners and perfect for the neighbors and friends to swing by.
