Timbertech Reserve w TechnoPost
The original deck on this house is located in Ankeny where the ground has a bunch of Clay. The previous deck’s footings have been shifting throughout the years. We then built a new deck with TechnoPost to keep the deck from shifting with the soil conditions. We then used a maintenance free decking from Timbertech – which is PVC Capped Composite decking. The series of decking was the Reserve Collection with two colors. Antique Leather was the main decking color, then accented with a picture frame board around the perimeter and center in the Dark Roast color. This deck turned out great and the homeowner couldn’t be any happier. Great to work with and love us too. FYI – Amazing Homemade Blue Berry Muffins!
