Timbertech Resurface around Sunroom

With this project, we were asked to inspect to see if we could keep the main framing of the original deck, then install new decking.  After reviewing it and replacing a few joists, we were able to install new composite decking on the existing deck frame.  We then installed Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking in the Reserve Series of Antique Leather.  We then rebuilt the stairs and installed new railing.  The railing is a lifetime manufactured railing of Westbury’s Tuscany.  We then installed fascia around the perimeter.  Now the homeowner’s have a deck that will last them a very long time with very little maintenance.  Beautiful deck right next to a bike trail in the backyard.
