Timbertech Silver Maple Walkout
The homeowners called me to have their deck enlarged (deeper) and then wanted a low-maintenance composite decking. The existing deck was 10 foot deep, but then the house also had a fireplace that was 2′ deep that stuck out in the decking area – therefore made that area only 8′ deep. The existing deck was a long deck, but wasn’t very deep and hard to furnish with a table/chairs and etc. We then decided to tear off the existing 10′ deep deck and make it 14′ deep. We then also moved the stairs so the homeowners can do a new patio and landscaping below. The products that were chosen was Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking (Terrain Series – Silver Maple). We then installed a black Westbury Full Aluminum Railing (Tuscany Series). The larger deck space will be great for entertaining and the low maintenance products will be more time to enjoy!! The deck turned out great!! We completed this project in December, so next Spring the Outdoor Entertaining will start strong!!
