Timbertech Underdeck with LP

Timbertech Underdeck with LP

The original deck on this house was wood and the homeowners were ready to build a larger deck with low maintenance decking.  They also bought a new hot tub that they wanted to install under their deck.  We used Timbertech’s Legacy Series Decking in the Tigerwood Color for the main and then accented with the Pecan Color.  We then installed a Full Aluminum Railing made from Westbury in the Tuscany Series – Black.  They did upgrade the corners to be a 4″ wide post and the centers to be 2″ wide posts for the custom look.  Westbury Post Cap Lights were added on the 4″ posts and Timbertech Stair Riser Lights were added to the stairs.  For under the deck, we did install Trex’s Rain Escape System which is an underdeck dry system to keep the rain from below.  Last we installed LP Smart Siding 4×8 Sheets to under the deck for a finished look.  We had our Concrete guy install the stamped concrete patio below.  The deck and patio turned out great and now their backyard outdoor area has many purposes:  Relaxing and eating on the deck, relaxing in comfortable chairs under the deck (and stay dry), and hot tub throughout all seasons.  This deck project turned out great!
