This original deck has seen it’s day with deck stain.  It also had some framing issues.  We tore off everything minus the beam and posts (which were in great condition and level).  We then installed all new joists with some extra needed fasteners to match today’s codes.  We then installed Timbertech PVC Capped Composite Decking (Terrain Series – Brown Oak) and rebuilt the stairs.  We also installed Westbury’s Full Aluminum Railing to keep the view and update the look of the rear of the house.  The deck turned out great and the homeowners will have many years to enjoy the low maintenance deck!!

Scheduling depends on permits, material availability, and weather: early acceptance improves placement but does not guarantee a specific start date.
