Treated Deck with New Roof and Screeneze

Treated Deck with New Roof and Screeneze

This was another winter project, but took the pictures after the snow melted and before the paint.  The owners of this deck originally had a standard deck that the frame was in good condition, but it needed new decking and an upgraded railing.  We decided to do a deck resurface to the existing frame with new treated decking, treated stairs, and new treated post rail with black straight metal traditional spindles.  We also added a deck addition with a roof next to the original deck.  We then installed Screeneze to the outside walls and installed an aluminum framed screen door.  When it warms up, then the siding and trim can be painted.  Now Spring is about here and the new outdoor and screened room spaces will be ready to enjoy!!
