Trex Rum Resurface
The original deck on this house was made of wood that was in need of a replacement, it had multiple layers of stain on it and needed to be rebuilt. The “bones” framing of the deck was in great shape for not being too old. The homeowners did want to add a grilling area so we did build a 6′ grill area to the existing frame. We then installed Trex Capped Composite Decking (Transcend Series – Spiced Rum), then we installed Westbury’s Full Aluminum Railing (Tuscany Series). We did upgrade the railing with Westbury’s Drink Rail with a Trex Spiced Rum on the top to match with the deck. It turned out great and will be used for many years without the deck staining every year!!
