We updated this deck by tearing off the old railing and installing an updated cedar rail with Deckorator Spindles. After the railing was complete, we washed the existing deck and then sealed everything.

Scheduling depends on permits, material availability, and weather: early acceptance improves placement but does not guarantee a specific start date.
