Timbertech Rustic Elm Deck Addition and Resurface
This deck was a fun deck to build and the homeowners were a blast to work with. This deck was an original 12×12 covered that was built with the house. Once the homeowners lived on it, they decided they needed more room, but loved the existing shade from the existing roof. The framing was still good so we built a new 6×14 to the right side to make the deck a total of 18′ wide. Also he wanted minimal maintenance and a matching rail for the house’s white trim. We then picked out the Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking (Terrain Series) and the color was Rustic Elm. The railing we picked was a Full Aluminum Railing made from Westbury (Tuscany Series) and in the White Color. The larger size deck and the low-maintenance free materials will make this deck enjoyable for years without the maintenance.
