Cedar Resurface and Custom Cedar Wall
The homeowner originally called me to replace a few boards on this deck. We then looked at it together and about 75% or more of the decking needed to be replaced. Also the railings were loose and not much good wood ends were there to tighten. We then noticed that the framing was in great condition, so we decided to do a Deck Resurface, Rebuild the Stairs, and install all new updated railing. His concrete patio was also very cracked and he wanted the patio to be enlarged with a firepit area. We did all of the deck, then he had another company (Silver Fox Concrete) install the stamped patio. After he was done with the patio, we then came back and finished the stairs so it would sit on the concrete slab. We also built a horizontal custom privacy wall under the deck for some privacy below. He also had his house repainted while waiting for the concrete to be complete. The backyard was going to be a simple fix and turned into a new remodeled outdoor living area for the family to enjoy for many years!!
