Our Story
Aaron Rouse is a graduate of Vatterott college. After graduating, he went to a residential architectural firm (BSB Design) to design homes for Builders for the Dallas, Texas Region and the Las Vegas, Nevada Region. Aaron worked for BSB Design for 7 years before he resigned and started Deck and Drive Solutions to get back to his passion of Deck Design and Building.
We have been building decks for 21+ years. Most of those years we spent working and learning the in’s and out’s from our father who has been building decks and framing houses since 1984 all of which he built for well known home builders including Grubb, Drake Homes, Meadowbrook Homes, Clark Homes, Hubbell Homes, and many more. We put our pride into every project, paying attention to even the smallest of details. The quality of work can be seen in our gallery.
Deck and Drive Solutions, LLC uses Aaron’s background for innovative ideas from deck design, planning, and using new and improved material choices. Then we use our talent from years of building standard to complex custom construction skills to build the deck project. We are licensed in the State of Iowa (C110184) and insured through Allied Insurance to provide coverage for our work, homeowner, and ourselves. We also have been recognized by local magazines along with local contractors, suppliers, our material companies such as Timbertech and Trex.
