There weren’t any surprises. I was told what the plan was and the team worked the plan. The material quality was what I expected as I had researched the material through various suppliers. What I was delighted with was that the craftsmanship and attention to detail of the builders was every bit as good and I believe that is what makes the deck look very nice. Installation has to as good or better than the materials or the end product will not be acceptable. I am happy with how this process played out from beginning to end.

Materials are top notch but I do think they are over priced. Nothing Deck and Drive or myself can do about that unfortunately

The whole team that showed up to my house was awesome. I went out to visit a couple of times and they were friendly and professional. Seemed like they took pride in their work. Aaron took time to explain the process to me and was very knowledgeable, I appreciate all he did to make this a seamless operation.
