Cedar Resurface with Custom Cedar Wall Below
Another winter deck resurface, but with an added feature!! This homeowner had existing decking that has seen it’s days, as well as a very outdated railing. We tore that all off, but kept the framing. Then we installed new Cedar decking and Cedar Post Railing with Metal Black Straight Deckorator Traditional Spindles. The house is kind of a corner lot where you can see the underside of the deck when driving on the main road. We covered that up using cedar deck board horizontally then trimmed off the corners and beam ends. The upgraded railing and decking looks great with the house, and the custom cedar wall below really pops the look of the deck and backyard. The homeowner and friends will enjoy this deck for years!!
