Cedar with Some Style
This was a fun deck to build with some custom style using Cedar. We tore off the old smaller deck and built a new larger 12×16+10×14 deck. The total width was over 20′ which is the maximum board length. So we decided to add a picture frame board in the middle which created 2 outdoor living areas on the same level. We then angled the stairs and built the railing with Cedar Posts and Rail with Black Straight Metal Traditional Deckorator Spindles. The homeowners has increased there outdoor living area for more room to entertain!!
