This homeowner’s original deck was structurally sound and built with today’s codes, but the original decking has seen it’s day. We removed the existing decking/railing and stairs and installed a low-maintenance decking from Timbertech. The decking color is from the Reserve Series and is Antique Leather. The railing the choose, was Westbury’s metal railing in black. We did add another step from the original because the original stairs didn’t have risers but was also tall steps. Everything is up to code now. We completed this deck in a few days on one of our lucky warm weekends this March!! The next day during the final walkthrough, a furniture truck delivered the new outdoor furniture, such perfect timing. Next for the homeowner is a Graduation party next month and will be enjoyed for now and many years later.
