Trex Clam Shell Resurface
This deck has seen its time from being stained year after year and the homeowners were tired of the maintenance. The existing deck framing was in great shape so it just needed a new floor and railing. The homeowners wanted a composite decking because of the low maintenance and wanted a great view with the railing. We chose the Trex Capped Composite Decking (Enhance Series) with the color of Clam Shell because it went great with the house color. We then picked a Full Aluminum Railing made from Westbury (Tuscany Series) in the black color. Because of the width of the existing deck, we decided to add a picture frame board in the middle which created 2 living areas and gave the deck a custom look. The homeowner’s love it and now they have many years to enjoy it without the maintenance!!
