Project Overview:

We transformed this outdoor space by removing the original builder deck and constructing a much larger, custom deck, designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The new Timbertech Legacy deck beautifully complements the homeowner’s backyard with its sleek design, premium materials, and thoughtful features.

Timbertech Legacy Decking:

The deck is crafted using Timbertech Legacy decking with Ashwood as the primary color, complemented by Espresso as the accent for a striking and refined look. This color pairing brings both contrast and depth to the design, making the deck not only functional but also visually appealing.

Westbury Railing for Uninterrupted Views:

To preserve the beautiful view of the spacious backyard, we installed Westbury aluminum railing in black. This railing system provides safety while maintaining an open, airy feel, perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings.

Covered Roof with Vaulted Cedar Ceiling:

Over half of the deck is sheltered with a roof featuring a stunning vaulted cedar ceiling. This creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere while offering protection from the elements, allowing the homeowner to enjoy outdoor living rain or shine.

Walkout Design with 90-Degree Corner Landing:

The deck features a walkout design with a new set of stairs, including a 90-degree corner landing. This thoughtful layout seamlessly connects the upper deck to the lower patio and yard, creating fluid movement between the living areas above and below.

Trex RainEscape System with Azek PVC Ceiling:

We installed the Trex RainEscape underdeck system to create a fully dry space beneath the deck. The ceiling below is finished with Azek PVC, making it ideal for future use as an outdoor recreation room or storage area. The homeowner now has a versatile space protected from the weather.

Lighting Package and Finishing Touches:

The deck, railing, stairs, and underdeck area are fully equipped with a complete lighting package, ensuring the space is functional and enjoyable at all hours. We also wrapped the support posts and beams for a polished, finished look underneath the deck.

New Paver Patio and Fire Pit Area:

Below the deck, the landscapers installed a new paver patio, along with a stylish sitting wall and a fire pit area, perfect for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.

The Perfect Outdoor Retreat:

With the option to add a pool table under the deck, this space is well on its way to becoming the ultimate outdoor recreation area, combining style, comfort, and endless entertainment possibilities.
