Exceeded my expectations in all stages of the project — great at putting together the design and estimate, very professional crew did the work on schedule, multiple emails to document completion and payment/warranty/etc, and solid and responsive at communicating throughout the process. There weren’t any surprises. I was told what the plan was and the team worked the plan. The material quality was what I expected as I had researched the material through various suppliers. What I was delighted with was that the craftsmanship and attention to detail of the builders was every bit as good and I believe that is what makes the deck look very nice. Installation has to as good or better than the materials or the end product will not be acceptable. I am happy with how this process played out from beginning to end.
