There weren’t any surprises. I was told what the plan was and the team worked the plan. The material quality was what I expected as I had researched the material through various suppliers. What I was delighted with was that the craftsmanship and attention to detail of the builders was every bit as good and I believe that is what makes the deck look very nice. Installation has to as good or better than the materials or the end product will not be acceptable. I am happy with how this process played out from beginning to end.

Aaron was very interested in putting together exactly what we needed while keeping cost down. He put much more thought into how the deck would be built than other contractors who provided estimates and was able to explain clearly each decision.
The build crew was also excellent. They worked very hard, sweated the details like the finished hand rails and were easy to be around.

We received a detailed quote from Aaron last winter, along with a schematic of how our deck would look with the materials we had chosen. Once work started late this summer, the workers showed up early each day and worked until midafternoon for the eight days it took to build our deck. The craftsmanship was outstanding and more than met our expectations. Although the cost was a little more than we would have liked, the finished result was worth the extra cost. We would definitely recommend Deck and Drive Solutions for your new deck needs. Contact them early in the year though as there’s a waiting list.
