For this project, we replaced the homeowner’s original builder deck with a new, stylish, and low-maintenance deck using Timbertech composite decking in the Legacy Series – Espresso. The rich color beautifully complements the natural surroundings while providing the durability the homeowners wanted.
We installed Westbury railing in White, perfectly matching the trim of their house for a clean and cohesive look. To enhance their outdoor living experience, we built a covered roof over the deck with an open gable design and a stunning cedar ceiling, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for relaxation.
The deck seamlessly transitions to a paver patio below, providing multiple levels of outdoor enjoyment. This new space fulfills the homeowners’ goal of creating a more tranquil, comfortable retreat right outside their back door.
