Metal UnderDeck System
This is a deck we built last year, and over the winter the homeowner wanted a ceiling under the deck to keep below dry, but was also cost effective. He had a similar ceiling under his old deck at another house so he already had a good idea of the style and material. We had an electrician install waterproof can lights and a waterproof box for the ceiling fan. We then installed metal roof panels with flashing on the underside of this existing deck. With the finished ceiling, they can use the outdoor area longer and it is also right next to the pool for a quick way to get out of the rain. The deck looks great and the ceiling just finishes off the complete project.
