Covered Patio with Cedar Ceiling
These homeowners wanted to extend their outdoor living area for a longer year of enjoyment. Originally this house just had a standard concrete patio with a few stairs from their back door. We then built a 20×22 gabled roof. Added a few LED lights and a ceiling fan, then installed Cedar CarSiding with Cedar Trim. After the roof was built, we had Concrete Scott with Silver Fox Construction come and install a new colored concrete patio. Before we were done, the homeowners were excited that they already planned the space. They added a very comfortable couch and seating area, then added a TV w/ outdoor speakers. This new area will definitely be used quite a bit. This fall, he is going to have some propane heaters also to extend the time they can enjoy. This project turned out great.
