This deck and roof project is a testament to the beauty of simplicity and functional design. Nestled close to the ground, this New Timbertech Composite Deck features Terrain Silver Maple decking, offering an elegant and low-maintenance outdoor space that seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings.

One of the standout features of this project is its proximity to the ground. The decision to forgo traditional railing along the entire deck was a deliberate choice, opening up panoramic views of the lush yard beyond. This design approach not only enhances the visual connection between the deck and the landscape but also creates a sense of spaciousness and accessibility.

To ensure easy access to the yard, we installed wide stairs that gracefully descend from the deck. These stairs not only serve as a functional element but also add a touch of grandeur to the overall design. They invite you to step down and explore the beauty of the outdoors.

We installed a lean-to roof that extends over the deck. This addition brings both form and function to the space, offering protection from the elements while creating a cozy, shaded retreat. Whether it’s a sunny day or a passing rain shower, this covered deck provides a comfortable and versatile outdoor living area that can be enjoyed in any weather.  The ceiling is a made of real Cedar wood and creates a feeling of warmth on the cool evenings.

Our commitment to creating outdoor spaces that balance aesthetics and functionality shines through in this project. The Terrain Silver Maple decking, the unobstructed views, the wide stairs, and the lean-to roof all work in harmony to create an outdoor oasis that invites relaxation and enjoyment.
