Timbertech Resurface w Ramp

This deck was a long deck and had a bunch of splices in the decking due to length. The deck was 39 feet wide and composite deck boards only come max of 20 foot lengths. With longer decks, I like to add picture frames (perpendicular deck board and separate the decking in sections. This deck has 10′ deck boards on the right, 18′ deck boards in middle, and 12′ deck boards under the covered area. By separating the areas out, it looks better with the decking board layout, but also makes the deck feel more usable with creating different outdoor spaces. They also had a ramp to a patio and then we rebuilt the stairs down to the ground. The deck originally had 2×6 decking that was painted and pealing. We removed the existing decking and railing, and installed all new. The materials we chose was a low-maintenance decking made from Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking (Terrain Series – Brown). The railing we chose was Westbury’s Full Aluminum Railing (Tuscany Series) in black color. This large deck by changing it to maintenance free, will alloy the homeowners to more enjoy relax on the their deck then messing with maintenance of painting. They will love it for many years to come!!
