Timbertech with Lean-to Roof

We tore off the original deck off and built a larger deck and then installed a lean-to roof on 1/2 of the deck. Because of the size and also wanted some style with different livability options, we installed a picture frame board in the middle to separate the outdoor and covered outdoor areas with a darker board. This deck we are still trying out new color combinations with the new 2018 Timbertech Colors. The main decking color is Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking (Legacy Series – Ashwood) which this color has been around for while, but we decided to have the picture frame boards be the New Timbertech color of Legacy Series – Espresso. These two colors turned out great together for the accent we were trying to achieve. We then installed the Westbury Full Aluminum Railing (Tuscany Series) in Black. Also with the railing, we choose to use the larger posts on the corners and the smaller posts in the long straight sections to give the style of deck railing a custom look. We have also added accent deck lighting to the posts as well as the stairs. For the top of the stairs, we installed a Westbury Gate for their dogs. Electrician will be coming to install the ceiling fan and lights, possibly an outlet for an outdoor heater too. We had the new concrete patio installed by Silver Fox Concrete (Concrete Scott) which will used as more outdoor living!! Over the winter, we installed Cedar Car Siding Ceiling and wrapping the posts/beams to finish the details. This deck turned out great and will be used a lot for this family and pets!!
